Use the outdoor temperature to help with everyday tasks.
For example, in the winter:

put food containers outside to chill before putting them in the fridge or freezer

put water jugs outside at night and put them in the fridge during the day to reduce load on the fridge

The Living Lightly project is producing a Be the Change DVD that includes the film, a resource kit for people to host screenings and discussions, and a series of short videos featuring the film’s subjects in more detail.
The DVD is expected to be ready in July.
